Are Lovettina products personalized?
Yes, many of our items can be personalized with names, initials, or special engravings. Personalized products are crafted exclusively for each customer, making every piece unique and meaningful.
Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
Because personalized items are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a personalization error made by Lovettina.
How can I place an order?
Simply choose your favorite item, personalize it if available, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll begin processing your order immediately.
Returns
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Credit card refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your bank.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to an error or defect by Lovettina, we cover all shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on the destination:
